According to the CDC, people have about 5 hours of free time per day on average. However, those hours can quickly diminish by whatever you have to do in life. This leaves you not a lot of time to exercise as a result. Luckily, experts are saying exercising just 10 minutes a day can provide significant health benefits. Below are some 10-minute workouts you can do at home:

Morning Workout
A great way to start your day is with this cardio workout. It consists of mock jump rope, burpees, squat jumps, plank with shoulder taps, and a jumping lunge. Each exercise will take 30 seconds to complete before resting for 30 seconds. You should repeat this whole process 2 times to complete your 10-minute morning workout.
Beginner Total Body Workout
This workout works on your entire body in 10 minutes. It consists of 5 push-ups, 10 squats, 16 plank taps, and 20 jumping jacks. You should go through all these exercises before taking a break for 45 seconds. After your break, you will repeat the whole process until your 10 minutes is up.
Body Weight Workout
This workout is all about using your body weight as a resistance to make you stronger. It consists of squats, knee push-ups, V-ups, and mountain climbers. Each exercise will take 30 seconds to complete before resting for 30 seconds. You should repeat this whole process 4 times to complete your 10-minute energizing workout.
Sometimes it is hard to find even 30 minutes of time to devote to a workout, but almost anyone can find at least 10 minutes to do a daily exercise. It is all about finding an exercise that fits your schedule. Be sure to start small and build up overtime to maximize your results.
