This workout works on your entire body in 10 minutes. It consists of 5 push-ups, 10 squats, 16 plank taps, and 20 jumping jacks. You should go through all these exercises before taking a break for 45 seconds. After your break, you will repeat the whole process until your 10 minutes is up.
Body Weight Workout
This workout is all about using your body weight as a resistance to make you stronger. It consists of squats, knee push-ups, V-ups, and mountain climbers.
