Calf Raises
Calf raises are an effective morning and evening exercise because it makes sure that your calf muscles are strong so that you can tirelessly walk around the whole day. To begin, stand on the raised surface of the Aerobic Stepper. Then, place the balls of your feet on the stepper and let the heels hang off. Then, raise your heels so that you are placing more weight on your tippy toes. Making sure you pull your abs in and that your heels are higher than the balls of your feet. Come back down to the starting position and repeat this process for at least 1-2 minutes.
Mountain Climbers
Mountain climbers is a great exercise that pushes your knees into your chest to tone up your shoulders, chest muscles and triceps. To begin, get into a push up position with your hands on the Aerobic Stepper. Then, pull in your left knee towards your chest and keep the right leg straight out. Return your left leg to starting position, keeping your body straight. Then, repeat this same process with your right leg this time. Alternate between each side for 1-2 minutes.
Step Aerobics
Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. The basic step aerobic exercise you can do begins with stepping onto the Aerobic Stepper with your right foot. Then step up with your left foot before stepping back down with your right and then left foot. After a minute of repeating this process by starting with your right foot. Switch sides to your left foot and repeat what you were doing with your right.
