We offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all products.  In cases where the manufacturer includes a warranty card or an extended warranty, contact the manufacturer directly for complete details.

Many exercise items vary in resistance from XX-Light (or XX-Easy) to XXX-Heavy (or XXX-Difficult).  These resistance levels are color-coded for easy reference.  Tan = XX-Light, Yellow = X-Light; Red = Light; Green = Medium; Blue = Heavy; Black = X-Heavy; Silver = XX-Heavy and Gold = XXX-Heavy.  FEI is licensed to use the Thera-Band® colors  from Hygenic Corp without endorsement.

Please call our returns department:  1-914-407-0150 or 888-211-5242 for a return authorization number (RMA) – this number must appear on each return package.  Send the item(s) to the location given by the FEI returns department, keeping a record of the shipment for your own files (in case a proof-of-delivery is needed from the shipper).  No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  We charge a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition.  We will credit your account as soon as the return is processed.  Only the original purchaser will receive credit.

Expedited orders that are placed after 1pm EST M-F may not be able to ship the same day. Please call if you place an order after 1pm EST and a representative can advise whether it will ship the same day.

Shipping timeframes displayed on the website (e.g. typically ships in 1-2 days) are typical timeframes, not guaranteed timeframes. These timeframes are not applicable to international orders.
